If your team answers the same questions every week or rebuilds the same report every month, a Gemini Enterprise agent is worth building.
More of the agent enquiries I get now come from HR, where an agent can answer policy and SOP questions from the staff handbook. In finance, it's usually the monthly report, rebuilt from scratch every time. For a one-off question, plain chat in Gemini Enterprise is good enough, but work that keeps coming back to the same files deserves an agent, since it answers from the files you give it.
The 2 days follow the programme I built for the finance team of one of the world's leading computer chip manufacturers. We start with RCR, 5W1H, meta prompting, and reverse prompting, since every agent runs on a written brief. From there, your team learns how Gemini Enterprise differs from Gemini in Gmail and Docs, and builds a first chat agent in Workflow Builder (the builder Google used to call Agent Designer) that answers from their own files, then shares it with colleagues. Next, they connect agents to SharePoint or Google Drive, and see how a scheduled agent drafts the monthly report and waits for their approval before it goes out.
Each person finishes by rebuilding one recurring task from their own week as an agent, then showing the room the old way and the new way. Hands-on runs on your team's own files where possible, with a made-up company case as the fallback. Answers and votes go in a Google Meet chat that everyone joins from their laptop, so nobody has to share their screen.
Before you book
Everyone in the room needs a Gemini Enterprise seat on Business, Standard, or Plus, since Frontline can't build agents. Tell me which edition you have before we fix dates, so the hands-on matches what the room can open.
Your admin needs to switch on chat agents and agent sharing (and workflows, if you want them), and set up the connectors you want agents to use (e.g. SharePoint or Google Drive). Bring laptops signed in to the work account, plus a file or folder the room can use for the connected agents (e.g. a monthly report saved to SharePoint).

What is Gemini Enterprise?
Gemini Enterprise is Google's AI app for the workplace. Staff use it to chat with and search across company files through connectors, run prebuilt agents (e.g. Deep Research), and build no-code agents of their own to share with colleagues. Gemini Enterprise used to be called Google Agentspace, and Google renamed it in October 2025.
Is Gemini Enterprise the same as Gemini in Gmail and Google Docs?
No. Gemini Enterprise is a different product from Gemini in Gmail and Google Docs (the side panel in Google Workspace) and from the free Gemini app. The Gemini Enterprise Agents programme teaches Gemini Enterprise, where staff build and share their own agents.
Do we need Google Workspace to use Gemini Enterprise?
No. A company doesn't need Google Workspace to use Gemini Enterprise, since staff can sign in with their Microsoft work account (Entra ID). Gemini Enterprise connectors cover SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Google Drive, Gmail, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc. Which connectors your staff see depends on your edition and on what your admin has set up.
Do staff need to know how to code to build Gemini Enterprise agents?
No. Gemini Enterprise agents are built without code: Staff click "+ New agent" and choose a chat agent or, where the admin has switched workflows on, a workflow. The builder used to be called Agent Designer, and Google's own docs now call it Workflow Builder. The Gemini Enterprise Agents programme assumes no coding and no prior agent-building experience.
Which Gemini Enterprise edition does the hands-on need?
The hands-on needs Gemini Enterprise Business, Standard, or Plus. All 3 editions can build agents, each with a daily limit on agent creation that differs by edition, while Frontline can't create agents. Tell me the edition before dates are fixed, so the hands-on matches what the room can open.
What does IT need to switch on in Gemini Enterprise before the training?
A Gemini Enterprise admin decides which connectors are available and whether staff can create chat agents, create workflows, and share agents. An agent can only use the connectors the admin has set up. For this programme, the admin switches on chat agents and agent sharing, and sets up the connectors you want agents to use (e.g. SharePoint or Google Drive). Workflows have their own admin switch, so the workflow hands-on runs only where it is on.
Should we train on Gemini Enterprise or Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Go with the licence your company already pays for, since the hands-on runs on the tool staff can open on the day. I teach both: Gemini Enterprise Agents covers Gemini Enterprise, and Co-POWERED with Copilot covers Microsoft 365 Copilot. A company on Microsoft 365 that has bought Gemini Enterprise seats should book Gemini Enterprise Agents.
Is the Gemini Enterprise Agents programme HRDC claimable?
I'm an HRDC-accredited trainer. The Gemini Enterprise Agents programme can be claimed when it is booked through an HRD Corp-registered training provider, which handles the claim.
